ABOUT THE AREA
Named after Lancashire in England, this land has a very interesting racial makeup coming from the years prior its settlement when Native Americans lived on this blessed land. This land full of tales, traditions, and stories was the homeland of the Shawnee, Gawanese, Lenape (or Delaware), and Nanticokes. Lancaster metro area is the nest of this territory in Pennsylvania State with an estimated population of more than 490500 residents, and incorporated back in the 1720s with an extension of approximately 985 square miles. When visiting this land, do not miss the chance to check the Susquehannock State Park, which is on a lovely natural scenario overlooking Susquehanna River and Conowingo Reservoir.
