Allegheny and Lycoming Counties are the "parents" of Warren County, born and founded back in the 19th century with almost 900 square miles of extension. The county seat shares the same name as its county does, and it is the "brilliant mind" behind the Impact Warren project. In case you are at any of the neighboring communities of Elk, Forest, Erie, Venango, or Crawford Counties, we strongly suggest you to make some time in your agenda to visit the Chapman State Park and the Hearts Content National Scenic Area, in order to have a closer look to the wonderful natural treasures of this land. Today, this precious territory is the home of almost 44000 residents, and a little bit less than 12200 families.
