Part of the Davenport-Moline-Rock Island metro area, this territory neighbor of Louisa, Muscatine, and Scott Counties in Iowa State; is home of more than 149350 people. Constituted back in the early 1830s, this land is the proud father of twenty-four cities and eighteen townships on its 450 squares miles of extension where a rich racial makeup and strong German influence have blended in perfect harmony with the spirit, traditions, and beliefs of the former and present generations of the homeland of the Quad City International Airport.
