ABOUT THE AREA
Hillsborough is the county seat of Orange County founded back in the 1750s and served as the State legislature during the American Revolution years. With a total area of more than 400 square miles of territory and a population density of 295 people per square mile, this community has two of the first NASCAR tracks and it is part of the Research Triangle created in the late years of the 1950s. When visiting land, we recommend you to take a look at the Morehead Planetarium at the University of North Carolina and take a nice walk down the intersection of Franklin Street and Columbia Street in Chapel Hill.
