ABOUT THE AREA
Fresh air and pure water are two of the blessings given by the divine forces to the residents of Camden County in North Carolina State, nested right in between Chesapeake (VA), Currituck, Tyrrell, Suffolk (VA), Gates, and Pasquotank Counties. Incorporated in the 1770s, this land is a puzzle formed by territories of Pasquotank County and it is also member of the Albemarle Commission regional council of governments. Courthouse, South Mills, Shiloh, Camden, and Elizabeth City constitute all townships, cities, and unincorporated communities of Camden County.
