ABOUT THE AREA
Back in 2007 the population of this territory was calculated as over 12500 residents living in a total area of 337 square miles of extension, giving as a result a population density over 228 people per square mile. Nested in between Beaufort, Carteret, and Craven Counties; Pamilco County is a very peaceful, rural, delicate, friendly, and quiet land of several notable locations such as Caraway Landing, Bills Creek Landing, Goose Creek State Game Refuge, and Kennel Beach.
