Considering the short run I-81 has through this geographically small town, the court gets a surprising number of speeding tickets from the highway.
ABOUT THE AREA
Otsiningo Park, formerly Riverfront Park, has biking and hiking trails, as well as hosting the Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally Expo. Named for Daniel S. Dickinson, local resident & US Senator from 1844-1850, Dickinson was the last town to be created (1890) in Broome County. Includes the village of Stella, and the incorporated village of Port Dickinson.
