Manor is a city in Travis County with an estimated 1900 residents, 400 households, and almost 300 families. It was named after the town's original Postmaster James Manor. This community nested in between Pflugerville, Windemere, Garfield, Wells Branch, and Elgin territories is approximately 14 miles away from Austin and more than 90 miles away from San Antonio. Very small English, Irish, German, and American ancestries have been reported in this territory elevated 528 feet above sea level with a total extension of 1.2 square miles.
