ABOUT THE AREA
Are you going to visit Megargel in Archer County? This "me gargle" community has less than 250 residents and it is one of the smallest members of the Whichita Falls metro area with less than 1 square mile of extension. Megargel is served by the Olney Independent School District and it is located near Elbert, Olney, New Castle, Archer City, and Seymour; most of them assisted by the Hamilton Hospital in Olney, the Throckmorton County Memorial Hospital in Throckmorton, and Seymour Hospital.
