Bergen County is a bustling region. This particular court sits in Hackensack, yet is not the <a href="http://www.town-court.com/getTownCourt.php?courtID=1013">Hackensack Municipal Court</a>. The raison d'etre for Bergen Central Municipal Court is unclear. It is just down the road from the <a href="http://www.humed.com/">Hackensack University Medical Center</a>, and just north of the Bergen Passaic Expressway (I-80). The latter may provide some speeding tickets for the Court, as well as some accident victims for the hospital.
