ABOUT THE AREA
Linden is the county seat of Cass County which is home of almost 30500 residents and it is nested among Bowie, Marion, Morris, Caddo Parish (LA), and Miller (AR). The TTC-69 component is the most important transportation entity in this corner of Texas interconnected by several major highways including the State Highway 8, U.S. Highway 59, and State Highway 77. This community reports more than 12150 households and close to 8700 families residing in this land where more than 80% of the residents live under rural conditions, while the other percentage has the "urban" life style.
