The Justice Court is in Wilcox Memorial Town Hall, about a 1/4 mile from the Taconic Parkway on Rte 199.

The north town line borders Columbia County. The Taconic Parkway passes through the town. Communities and hamlets included in the town are Jackson Corners, Lafayetteville, Milan, Rock City, and Shookville.

Dutchess County William Grady and his ADAs prosecute criminal cases, and possibly traffic cases. Troopers tend to prosecute their own cases and this has led to a morass, written up in the NY Times. We support the judge on this one.
