ABOUT THE AREA
Concho was named after the clear waters of the Concho River in a land with a total extension of almost 995 square miles and interconnected by four major highways including US Highway 87 and State Highway 153. Eola, Lowake, and Eden are three of the localities completing the map of Concho with an estimated population of 3750 inhabitants. The economy of this community is mostly based in agriculture, forestry, construction, public administration, educational services, and health care industries.
