Located on Spring Creek, this territory settled in the 1870s was named by the Lee family and it is home of a bit less than 800 people according to the latest population census performed in this area. The total extension area of this community is approximately 2.5 square miles elevated more than 700 feet above sea level, presenting a racial makeup of White Non Hispanic, African American, Native American, Asian, Latino, and other racial groups.
