We imagine some things related to the Route 17/Interstate 86 connection come to this Court, but we don't know enough to say for sure.
ABOUT THE AREA
The Zim House, home of Eugene Zimmerman, a NYC political cartoonist of the 1800's is listed on the National Register, as well as the Teal Park Bandstand he designed, still in use for weekly summer band concerts. Located on the Chemung Canal (toll booth ahead!) Horseheads is the only village dedicated to the service of the American Military Horse. As well as the Chemung County Fair in early August, the fairgrounds host concerts, antique car shows and, of course, horse shows - American Quarterhorse, NYS Morgan Horse Society, Keerymeade, Cayuga Dressage & Mini-rama, to name a few.
