ABOUT THE AREA
The Dry Run Road School (1845-1957) is now a residence & summer home for Tommy Hilfiger, fashion designer & Elmira native. Even before becoming the Town of Southport in 1822, the first school (1799) was opened. Town Hall opened for regular hours in 1956.
