ABOUT THE AREA
Nassau County is the wealthiest county in New York and the sixth wealthiest in the country (based on per capita income). Just east of New York City, it is basically the western half of Long Island, with Suffolk County to the east of it. Home to JFK airport (ok, it's really in Queens) and unsuccessful Governor candidate Tom Suozzi, there's just a lot going on here.
