Each year, in June, Union Gap holds its Old Town Days celebration. The celebration features a parade and prizes for various displays in the parade. The city initiated a housing rehabilitation program to help residents remodel and spruce up their homes. Fullbright Park is a great place to relax. Its 234 acres have enough room for family picnics, reading a book by the creek or just flying a kite. The Central Washington Agricultural Museum adjoining the park is dedicated to the early farming history of the area. The museum consists 23 buildings housing a collection of farm machinery, a large hand-tool collection, an operating windmill, fruit-packing line, blacksmith shop & stationary diesel engines.
