Both the town court and village court are held in the same building, Tracy Memorial Village Hall.
ABOUT THE AREA
Chatham village is located at the junction of Routes 66 & 295. It\'s a quaint little village and has only one traffic light, so you better not run it on red. The Columbia County Fair is held in Chatham every year during Labor Day weekend. The only WWII internment camp on the Eastern US was located at Camp Bidi in Chatham from 1942-1945 where over 100k Japanese-Americans were detained.

Columbia County District Attorney Beth Cozzolino and her deputies prosecute criminal cases. Chatham has their own police force.
