When you did not think they could get any smaller; along comes Mossyrock, a city which occupies a total area of 0.4 square miles into which are crowded over 2000 people. Mossyrock lies just to the South of US Highway 12. Mossyrock Traffic Court AKA Mossyrock Violations Bureau

Mossyrock lies between scenic Riffe Lake to its east and Mayfield Lake to its west. Riffe Lake is a crystal reservoir which winds for over 20 miles through forested hillsides. Great fishing here for trout and coho salmon; but hold on to your catch, bald eagles and barn owls will catch them before you can wink an eye. Mayfield Lake is a great place for water sports enthusiasts. Facilities are available for swimming, boating and water skiing. Anglers are not left out here; plenty of trout, bass and coho salmon. Blueberry farms are also a big thing here. Love those blueberry pies. Get to taste them each year at the Mossyrock Blueberry Festival in Auguat.
