ABOUT THE AREA
The village of Philmont is located within the Town of Claverack. It was once known as Factory Hill because of the many wool factories within the village. Col. Oliver North is a former resident of Philmont.
JUDGES
Honorable Rick Tracey is the Village Justice and Honorable Charles Edwin Hoag Jr. is the Acting Village Justice.
