Burlington has 9 city parks. One of them, Skagit River park, has a new Northwest Oval/Off-Road Radio Control Association remote control car track. Races are held at the track every Friday evening from May until October. All Comer Track meets are held at Wednesday Nights at the Burlington-Edison High School Track. Berry lovers are in luck here. The Berry Dairy Days festival is held each June . Be sure to try the Strawberry shortcakes. Lovers of Pumpkins and other fruits of the fall harvest are not left out; each September the Burlington Harvest Festival and Pumpkin Pitch is held.
