There is one court with a town clerk and also police, EMS, and a close by health center. The website doesn't have much to it, but it is better than nothing.

Another small town of the North Country but with a slightly larger population. About 4,000 plus people live here. The Roadside Cafe and Bakery and Al Smith's Mini Pizzeria are places to go to if you are visiting Norfolk. There is also a museum called the Norfolk Historical Museum featuring artifacts of the region. This museum is open certain hours so be sure to look it up online first. This museum was put together by Hazel Smith, long time resident of Norfolk. There are also several businesses and mills. The mills are the main source of income along with a paper factory and farming. Come visit this great town! Some small town residents in the North Country have to travel at least five or ten miles to their nearest health facility. Some may not have a car.
