Coy City, Helena, Kenedy, Panna Maria, and Runge are some of the cities out of the 754 square miles of extension of Karnes County. Served by several school districts including Falls City and Karnes City, this community shares frontiers with Gonzales, DeWitt, Goliad, Bee, Live Oak, Atascosa, and Wilson Counties.
