Very friendly staff who are ready to help at the town court, great place to visit with rich history. Per comment: Herkimer Town Sessions are only on Tuesdays. The first session is at 1:30 PM with Judge Karl Manne and the second is at 6:00 PM with Judge Michael Petucci.

ABOUT THE AREA

Most of the town population is in the neighboring village. The Herkimer area is near Utica. This is a good place to visit some of the area lakes and rivers. Picnic places and historical sites. Wildlife can be seen such as ducks, geese, and herons. Lots of motels and hotels to stay in.
