ABOUT THE AREA
Wonderfully scenic area with covered bridge. Place established by immigrants who would move eastward to New England but created a public house and church in this area of the country first. Covered bridge is part of this and is a great tourist attraction. Fall is a good time to visit as it is a little off season and the leaves are beautiful. Population of town is over a 1,000. Good hotels and restaurants in the area.<br>The town happens to be on the edge of the Adirondack Park, and not far from the Town of Stratford in Fulton County.
