ABOUT THE AREA
Nested between Atascosa, Dimmit, Duval, Frio, McMullen, and Webb Counties; this territory is the proud father of Cotulla, Encinal and Fowlerton cities. This poor county served by the Cotulla Independent School District and the Dilley Independent School District was established back in the 1850s and it has today an estimated population of more than 5900 inhabitants. With a total land area of almost 1490 square miles, this land is connected by the Interstate 35 and State Highway 97.
