ABOUT THE AREA
Hallettsville is the county seat of this community in Texas State with an estimated population of 19200 inhabitants exbiting a racial makeup of more than 85% of White Non Hispanic residents, 10% Latino citizens, and the remaining percentage is represented by minorities of African American, Asian, Pacific Islander, and other racial groups. Founded in the 1840s, this territory of 970 square miles of extension is divided in four pieces: Hallettsville, Moulton, Shiner, and Yoakum.
