Located on the corner of Washington and Sterling Streets, opposite the Watertown Daily Times, the State Office Building and the Best Western. It is situated next to the Flower Memorial Library. A parking lot is available for visitors to the building.

Watertown, in Jefferson County, is located 30 miles south of Canada and 70 miles north of Syracuse. The city of Watertown is a very small city with hardly any traffic bottlenecks; it is about an hour from Kingston Ontario. Being situated in proximity to Black River and Lake Ontario it is an ideal location for aquatic activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Also Adirondack mountains and the tug hill plateau make it an perfect place for hiking, camping and plenty of winter sports. Watertown has been serving as a Jefferson county seat, and is the commercial and governmental center of the North Country region.

DA's office is at 175 Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York 13601, Phone: 785-3053; Fax: -3371. The Assistant DA at this writing (October 2011) is Rodney Kyle. We have heard from a number of people that Mr. Kyle is very difficult and unreasonable. This is a substantial difference from other courts in the state, and unfortunately contributes to a sense of unequal justice.
