ABOUT THE AREA
Barnwell is a close knit community. They gather during events in the down town, shop and eat and you will find several of them acquainted with each other or sitting at the same table. They have worked together in creating a golf park for local residents and visitors. It is called the disc park and is rather new. The Barnwell main street is Highway 278 too and that is where the Barnwell Circuit court is located.
