ABOUT THE AREA
Small town near the county seat of Franklin County, Malone. Great place to hunt as the surrounding area is mostly woods. Route 11 runs next to Dickinson which will lead you west to Syracuse or east to Vermont. Great area for kids to learn about nature. Many log cabins built in the area. Neat to look at how the cabins were made and cared for. Some may date back to the 1800's.
