Court moved from highway garage to the new town hall in 2008. Took us a few years and a helpful comment to catch up.
ABOUT THE AREA
Bombay has a population of over 1,000 people. It was established in 1805 and was once named the town of Macomb. Bombay is close to the St.Regis Mohawk Reserve which is also called Akwesasne. The reserve is a great place to visit to learn more about New York's indigenous people. There is a cultural center and library where you can learn about the formation of the reserve and Iroquois history. Canada is so close you can smell it. But no spitting please.
