When coming to Real County, you should keep your eyes wide open and your senses ready for new experiences in order to catch all the beauty of this unique land named for Julius Real, rancher and politician. This rural and traditional community has a land area of 700 square miles of extension framed by the territories of Edwards, Kerr, Bandera, and Uvalde Counties. Established in the 1910s, this territory is connected by US Highway 83, State Highway 41, State Highway 55, and Ranch to Market Road 337.
