This court is formally known as Multnomah Circuit court and is located on the East side of the Willamette river near the center of Portland.

Portland is the major city of Oregon with a population well over 500,000. Its airport welcomes flights by the major air carriers from thoughout the United States and from overseas. There is a doozy of a festival here; held each year from the latter part of May to the middle of June. The events are held primarily in Governor Tom McCall Waterfront park which runs for a long distance along the Willamette river. The many events over the length of the festival run the gamut from a BandFest, a Golf Tournament, the Grand Floral parade, the History & Roses tour, which is a tour of vintage Portland area homes, landmarks & gardens, to the illuminated parade known as the Starlight parade. Portland is home to Portland State university which offers Undergraduate and graduate programs in its 8 major school divisions.
