Population over 9,000 people in the town. It used to be called Miller's Basin for the person who built part of the Erie Canal there. The area has several farms and small businesses. The Canal is an attraction that brings people from around the state to visit, though maybe not that many. This quiet and rural area is great for people who want to get away from the noise of the city. Lots of great churches and schools.
