COMMENTS
A very pleasant Court. The staff, judge and prosecutors are easy to work with. The Court is about halfway between <a href="http://www.town-court.com/getTownCourt.php?courtID=7">Rotterdam Town Court</a> and <a href="http://www.town-court.com/getTownCourt.php?courtID=25">Duanesburg Town Court</a>, so attorneys may be able to handle three courts in one shot, if you can line the cases up. The Princetown Court Clerk, Rebecca, is a sweetie. We really should bring her an apple or something. :-)
ABOUT THE AREA
Princetown is a small suburb of Schenectady, with a more rural character than the larger suburbs in the Albany area. Despite the size of the town, Princetown Town Court is extremely busy due to the interstate highways.

PROSECUTORS
Attorneys can resolve most matters, including Trooper tickets, by mail with the assigned ADA - Christina Tremonte - but some feel they do better when they show up in person.
TYPE OF CASES
Speeding tickets, especially on the NYS Thruway (I-90), and I-88. Also DWI, and other criminal matters, usually misdemeanors.
