ABOUT THE AREA
Ridgeland is one of the oldest towns to be established in South Carolina. Some of the restaurants here have stood through civil war and the times of Sherman. They served porridge and oatmeal grout to the soldiers. Do not worry that you will have to eat them as today these restaurants serve the best southern cuisine from Barbecue to steaks and do not forget the grout.
