ABOUT THE AREA
There over 1,000 people that live in the village of Macedon. The village is home to several businesses, churches, public works buildings, and a fire department. Great new website to check out to let people know about all the events happening in the town. The Erie Canal Lock located in the village is a great tourist attraction. In the summer months people can view boats coming in and out of the lock. Some fine places to stay, relax, eat, and enjoy the area.
