There is availability of a Spanish interpreter on Tuesdays at arraignment.

Woodburn owes its beginning to the railroad and the vision of one of its settlers. There are now large populations of Anglos, Hispanics, Mennonites, Russians and senior citizens living here. There are two very large golf courses in the area; Senior Estates Golf and Country club, which is part of a private retirement community and Oregon Golf Association course which is open to the public. The city owned Memorial Acquatic center offers a 25-meter by 25-yard pool, a 50' slide, rope swing and a shallow wading pool for children. There is also an on-deck spa and spacious dressing rooms with a sauna. Each year the city's Tulip festival ushers in the Spring and lasts from the end of March to the beginning of May.
