Bolivar is a good-sized town of about 2,000 residents which borders Pennsylvania on the South. Inside it are the village of Bolivar, and the hamlets of Hoben, Kossuth, Swayer, and South Bolivar. The town is centered on the intersection of Route 417 and 275, giving it more speeders than other nearby towns.
