ABOUT THE AREA
As one of the smallest CMA in Canada, this city named after Peter Robinson is the county seat of Peterborough County. Known by different aliases such as "Pibo", "The Patch", and "The Electrict City"; this community incorporated in the 1900s is full of history, tales, and traditions coming from the Woodland Natives, Iroquois, and European settlers. Elevated more 190 meters above sea level, this interesting city of almost 23 square miles of extension is located on the northeastern wing of the Greater Golden Horseshoe.
