ABOUT THE AREA
On the coast just north of Asbury Park, Interlaken has interesting bodies of water within the borough. Local kids go to Asbury Park schools. The municipal building might move to another location in near future. This decision was taken, after it was noticed that the court does not comply with state and federal laws because of the dilapidated court building and poor facilites like lack of a room for interrogating people, no storage room in the court building and no basic video taping equipment to deal with criminal cases.
