ABOUT THE AREA
This quaint charming spot of 6000 people is an angelic place and is mostly residential. Due to it's proximity to NYC, a lot of people who work in and around NYC have made it their home. Known for its palatial riverfront homes. The town boasts of the 350 year old Parker home which was owned by Peter Parker, one of the first settlers in the town (no relation to Spiderman either). His descendant Julia Parker left it for the borough after her death. Little Silver Point has lovely views of the water.
