There are many areas and cities in Jackson County not covered by a municipal court. Violators of ordinances in these areas can expect to end up in the Gold Hill Justice court. 7

Fairgrounds Exposition park, located on the Northeast end of Central Point, is the official Jackson County fairgrounds and where the Jackson County Fair is held each year in late June. Headline entertainment at this event caters to a variety of tastes, including classic rock, country rock, comedy, multicultural world beat, and family entertainment. Features to entertain everyone are presented throughout the fair grounds including dog acts, a Hyponotist act, a Magic show, a stunt bicycle act and even a one man Washboard band. The Lithia Motors Amphitheater located on the Jackson County Fairgrounds and Expo Park is the scene of summer concerts with performances by world class artists.
