ABOUT THE AREA
It is said that Red Bank got it's name in 1736 when a gentleman by the name Thomas Morford sold Joseph French some land on the west side of the highway that went to the RED BANK. It also went on to be called the "Dead Bank" during the recession of 1987-1992. But the town soon pulled itself out of it. Today, the streets are full of life and are lined with numerous shopping avenues for tourists. Coffeehouses, restaurants, boutiques, stores that cash on elements of style (be it clothes, shoes or accessories) are in plenty in this town. Shadow Lake is also in the vicinity.
