The Garden State Parkway is less than a couple of miles away from this court. The township of 1000 people lies within 0.1 square miles. The Monmouth mall is less than a couple of miles away from the Municipal Court. Fort Monmouth is a stones throw away from this court. Unfortunately, it is no longer open to public. Prior to 9/11, this fort used to offer a conducted tour everyday. There is plenty to do in this town for golfers. The Sun Eagles Golf Course and the Old Orchard Country Club which are both at the outskirts of this town have excellent facilities for recreation.

Routes 35, 36 and 71 bring in a lot of traffic tickets to this court. Also deals with some shop-lifting cases.
