With IS Hways 5 & 105 and OR 128 running through the area as well as the many streets that constitute this large city ; there are many places where your actions may bring you to the Springfield Municipal Court.

Who needs the beach in the summer in Springfield when you can visit Willamalane Park with its Lively Park Swim Center. This area has a giant slide, play and lap pools, an adult spa and the northwest's only indoor wave action pool. The city's Recreation District besides Willamalane Park includes more than thirty parks and facilities and a Senior Adult Activity Center. One of these parks is the Dorris Ranch which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is Oregon’s oldest working hazelnut farm. The farm was established at the end of the 19th century and today guides describe Ranch life from the beginning, including the roles played by Kalapuya Indians, trappers, fur traders, and Oregon Trail pioneers in Dorris Ranch history.
