The Ramsey County court is the Main division of the Ramsey County District court. The main roads running through this city are IS 94, IS 35E and US Hways. 10, 12, 52 and 61.

St. Paul along with its twin city, Minneapolis, is the capitol of Minnesota and has the second largest population in the state.
