Comments Court is located on the lower level of the newly built Six Corners Municipal Complex, which houses the Village Hall, Justice Court, Police Department, and Building Dept.
About the area The village is located in the Town of Southampton. It has 3 public beaches, but you must acquire a permit from the Village office. Just another way the Hamptons try to exclude the little folk. Don't think of it as elitism. More like separate but equal. There, that sounds better, doesn't it?
Hours of Operation Court Clerk office hours Tues - Fri 9am-3pm; Court convenes during Oct - May 2nd & 4th Wed at 1:15pm and 7pm; during June- Sept every Wed 1:15pm and 2nd & 4th Wed at 7pm.
Judges Hon. Robert A Kelly Jr is Village Justice and Associate Justice is Hon. Gair G. Betts
Prosecutors Suffolk County DA, and the Village Police Dept.
Type Of Cases Vehicle/traffic violations, criminal cases, town code violations, landlord and tenant cases, civil suits, and small claims.
