2010-04-08 14:44:41: i have been trying to pay a traffic tickets for my daughter that she recieved on 2 /10/2010 and it seems that the officer has not yet turned in the ticket and the court date is 4/14/2010 is there a problem that is provienting me from doing this or is he stalling to maybe get late fees. i feel that it should not be so diffcult for a citzen to pay a fine. i try going to the clerk with my daughter's copy but they would not allow me to pay. what's up?
